Delivery Policy

We will deliver your Products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

UK - depending on method selected, allow up to 5 working days. Europe - Estimated 7 - 10 working days, Rest of World - Estimated 10 - 14 working days

Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank and National Holidays). Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery. Alfresco Ltd do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

From the time we commence delivery of the Products, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to a) exercise your right of cancellation; and b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Back Orders: If your Product is not in stock, we will back order for you. Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you need to reach us in regards to your Alfrescoshop order, please email info@alfrescoshop.com. Cancellation Orders are usually processed on the same day they are placed.

Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. All of our products are as natural as can be and contain a secret signature blend of sustainably sourced botanical essential oils – offering luxurious and delicious fine fragrances, lotions and moisturisers that are also give you tried, tested and proven protection against bug bites.

How to use

Apply liberally every three hours for maximum bug repellent effect. Suitable for use on face and body but be careful near eyes. You know your skin best – so if in doubt, please take care and try a skin patch test first. When using, pay particular attention to any exposed areas - bugs particularly love to bite ankles and feet. And remember, bugs are also attracted to most normal fragrances, moisturisers and lotions so try to avoid using Alfresco fragrances with other perfumes or creams as this could cancel out the anti bug bite properties of our products. It is ok to mix Alfresco products
