Alfresco Goes To Cosmoprof Beauty Show: behind the scenes.

My small private company Alfresco Ltd is about to go head to head with the big boys and girls in the beauty business. On 4th April, only a month away, Alfresco will open the curtains of its stand in The British Pavilion International Hall 30 Block F36-G35 Stand B in Bologna Italy at Cosmoprof.

We've beavered away in London so we can attract the world to our stand. We've been making new shampoo and conditioners, have made a comic video ( though it started off serious and certainly filmed very seriously!), and worked with our mystery musician - Memory Man - to make music you can chill out to. I'll be dreaming the days away on our stand misty with perfume, music and delicious Italian food & wine. "Nice work if you can get it" as the famous Gershwin song says... And talking of songs.. It's well known amongst an exclusive clique of perfume insect repellent designers that mozzies and biting bugs don't bug chilled out humans. Bugs like excitable blood. So who better than T*** (oh woops I nearly revealed his famous name) to compose wonderful music specially to relax Alfresco-ites? 'Yes!' - a track off the Message of Hope album by 'Memory Man' - will be free to download exclusively from www.alfrescoshop.com. I wonder how many of you will be able to discover who our mysterious Memory Man is before we reveal his name. No clues yet, but 25 years after playing with a well-known band, he's morphed into a brilliant composer. I'm serious. Alfresco has attracted a fabulous music composer who is writing the most sensuous chill out music I've ever heard. I should know, given my experiences with John Lennon and Ray Davies. Message of Hope, the Alfresco album, will be available to buy from our site and iTunes later this summer. It is truly a Message of Hope by Memory Man!

I'm also over excited about our new Yes! shampoo and conditioner which for maximum effect must be used together with a liberal spray of our Acqua d'Alfresco perfume.
