Delivery Policy
We will deliver your Products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
UK - depending on method selected, allow up to 5 working days. Europe - Estimated 7 - 10 working days, Rest of World - Estimated 10 - 14 working days
Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank and National Holidays). Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery. Alfresco Ltd do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
From the time we commence delivery of the Products, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to a) exercise your right of cancellation; and b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Back Orders: If your Product is not in stock, we will back order for you. Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you need to reach us in regards to your Alfrescoshop order, please email info@alfrescoshop.com. Cancellation Orders are usually processed on the same day they are placed.
Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are asked to email info@alfrescoshop.com stating your customer number and order details (including order number) in all communications.
